I strive to deliver the highest quality care for my patients in the areas of breast and gynecologic pathology. As pathology dictates the subsequent treatment options available to patients, I continually aim to provide the most up-to-date knowledge in my specialty areas so I can best help my patients and clinical colleagues choose the most effective therapies. In addition to patient care, I also frequently deliver continuing medical education seminars nationally and internationally on Breast and Gynecologic Pathology. I very much enjoy this role as an educator and I find it to be an excellent way to stay abreast of emerging concepts in my specialty. I also feel patients should thoroughly understand their pathology report, and I enjoy being able to help educate patients regarding their breast and gynecologic pathology reports.
If not working, I am frequently found backcountry and alpine skiing, mountain biking, nordic skiing, and participating in endurance sports. In addition, I also love reading and spending time with my husband and two boys.
